To register and maintain an account with xbjeee, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing xbjeee from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for you personally.
• You are registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of any other person or legal entity.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended xbjeee account.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from xbjeee or had an account closed for terms violations.
• All personal information provided during registration is accurate, truthful, and belongs to you.

xbjeee reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

xbjeee accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum daily withdrawal limit for verified accounts in good standing, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional identity checks.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit, where technically possible.

• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days).

xbjeee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account without prior notice if any of the following circumstances apply:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Operating duplicate accounts or assisting another person in doing so.
• Use of automated betting software, scripts, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Confirmation that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder or a verified third party acting in their interest.

Where an account is closed for terms violations, xbjeee reserves the right to withhold any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus play. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, xbjeee will review the matter formally and issue a written decision within 14 days of receiving all relevant information from both parties. xbjeee's decision on technical matters — including game outcomes determined by certified RNG systems — shall be final.

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from them shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of applicable law. By using xbjeee, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled informally.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a competent court, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
